Parameters

Dry vibrating material for tundish is refined from high-purity silica sand or fused magnesia as the main raw material, with special binders and sintering aid.

No liquid binder needs to be added to the product during construction, and what you need to do is just vibrated the mould for 2 - 3 minutes. After construction, the product can be directly baked at 250 - 300°C for 3 to 5 hours, and then demoulded.

​Compared with traditional coatings, this product has the characteristics such as convenient construction, labor saving, short construction period, favorable for turnover of tundish in steel mills, strong corrosion resistance in use and long service life.
