Tundish Preform: Impacting Plate
The impacting plate of tundish preform is made of magnesia, bauxite, white corundum, etc. as main raw materials, which are combined in the form of micro powder and ultra-micro powder, pre-molded with adding appropriate amount of coagulant and dispersant, and treated by baking at medium temperature. It has the characteristics of scour resistance, corrosion resistance and good thermal shock stability.
Silica Stone and Silica Fume
Silica stone and silica fume are mainly used as furnace burden for intermediate frequency furnace and tundish, and are also main raw materials for silica dry vibrating material for tundish. High-quality raw materials are the prerequisite for quality assurance.
Furnace Burden
This product is a quartz fireproofing material, which is a kind of acid dry ramming materials. It is made of high-purity quartz sand and quartz powder and particles, added with binder and anti-quick-cooling-and-heating stabilizer. It is widely used in the continuous and intermittent working environment of smelting nonferrous metals and ferrous metals in medium frequency electric furnace.
Dry vibrating material for tundish
Dry vibrating material for tundish is refined from high-purity silica sand or fused magnesia as the main raw material, with special binders and sintering aid.
